Welcome!

If you are like me you have found yourself wondering what country are you living in. I wonder almost daily based on what seems to be happening. I hear things on the tv, radio and wonder what the truth is. I have a job where i get to talk to people form all over the country, oddly they all seem to agree with me and don’t seem to find themselves agreeing with polls, or policies. Not all of them are well versed in history.

But they aren’t radicals, they aren’t racists, they aren’t homophobes. They are people who get up every morning and go to work and hope they have a job. They are at their churches on Sunday. They try to bring their children up in very trying times. They are small business owners that are fearful of their government and worry about the future of their companies. They are fearful that cap and trade will force their electric bill up where it can’t be affords or gas or even their food. Some are considering gun purchases because they don't know what they are going to have to defend against or they are afraid of their government taking away their rights to own a gun. This is not a left or right issue any more. This is an issue of do we want to keep our country or not. So I ask what country?

If you are living in the Humble, Kingwood or Houston areas on Monday 18th, there will be an open mic night in Town Center for you to  start expressing the things you would like to see happen that may allow you to know what country you are living in again. It will begin @ 7 pm and all are welcome.

There is also a Kingwood Tea Party Society that allows for us to come togather to affect change in our communities in our cities, in our state and in our country. The Kingwood chapter will be joining up with other Tea party societies across our area for July 4th protests.

Incase you Janine Garafalo reading this. We are not racist, we are not ill informed. What we are is mad at the excessive spending and the absolute disregard for the Constitution of the United States of America. It would appear that you are unfamiliar with the document or you would not be calling names. By way of a news flash it is okay for Americans to disagree with the President and it would seem to me that you disagreed with the last President, even going as far as to call him name and judge his intellect. Skin color is not a shield from critisim or dissent. And to imply that it does makes for a very UnAmerica stand.

We welcome anyone to come join us in taking back the country. We are the silent majority know more. Here are a few facts from the 2008 election:

 Number of States won by:

 Democrats: 19

 Republicans:  29

Square miles of land won by:

 Democrats: 580,000
 Republicans:  2,427,000

 Population of counties won by:

 Democrats: 127 million
 Republicans: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:

Democrats: 13.2
 Republicans:  2.1

Come take the first step in stoping your rights from being trampled.
