The panels and studs that are used in these office partitions also come in a variety of colors and finishes allowing you the flexibility to design a look that is right for your office space. All modular office partitions are precision manufactured and come with a complete set of CAD drawings to make on site installation as convenient as possible for our clients.

Optional wall coverings include painted aluminum, painted steel, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), Melamine, cork, PVC, etc.

Below is a short description of our 3 different types of wall panels that can be used depending on your office needs:

The Standard Panel we use consists of a 1/8" fiber board which is laminated on both sides to a foam non combustible core made of foam. The standard colors on this type of panel is grey, khaki and white.

The Drywall Lined Panel consists of  1/2" drywall which is laminated on both sides of a noncombustible foam core. This type of panel is used when sound control or fire control is an issue. It also comes in 3 standard colors grey, khaki and white. Also available in 24 custom colors.  Contact us for color details as well as cost and availability.

The Sound Control Panel is constructed from panel consisting of 2 pieces of 1/8" fiber board laminated to 5/8" particle board on both sides of a non combustible foam core. Available in white, grey and khaki.

The Framework of this type of modular office partition consists of studs, floor and ceiling track. Below are the specifications for this part of the partition.

Studs shall be extruded from 6063 aluminum alloy with T6 temper. Wire studs allow for electrical, data processing and communication lines to be run vertically in a raceway accessible from a removable cover plate. Stud is designed in two pieces that allow both sides to be wired with electrical devices and communication receptacles. Design also gives system the capability of removing a panel without disturbing the adjacent panels. The aluminum extrusions are available in a "Khaki" Baked on Painted Finish. Special color painted finishes are available.

Floor and Ceiling Track shall be extruded from 6063 aluminum alloy with T6 temper. Track shall be precut and mitered at the factory to eliminate the need for field cutting. Overall thickness of system at floor and ceiling crack is 3 7/16".

*The system is available in the following standard heights: 8', 9', and 10'. Systems over 8' tall may have spliced panels depending upon the panel construction or finish.
